Our accessibility target
Continental targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for the public website. Accessibility is an ongoing practice that includes design, development, content, testing, and responding to real user feedback.

03
Known boundaries
Third-party content, including embedded Google Maps and services opened from external links, is controlled by its provider and may not behave exactly like Continental's own pages. If an embedded experience creates a barrier, use the phone, text, or email options below and Continental will provide the same service information through another channel.
Automated testing helps identify many issues, but it cannot evaluate every disability, device, assistive technology, or user task. The website therefore also requires periodic keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, contrast, and real-user review.
04
Report an accessibility problem
Tell us the page address, the task you were trying to complete, what happened, and—if you are comfortable sharing it—the browser, device, or assistive technology involved.
Continental will review the barrier and provide a reasonable alternative way to request service or obtain the information while the issue is investigated.
