Access for every visitor

Accessibility Statement

Continental Air Duct Cleaning & HVAC is committed to providing a website that people with disabilities can perceive, understand, navigate, and use.

Conti, Continental's clean-air mascot, providing clear service guidance to North Texas homeowners
Clear information and multiple contact options are part of accessible service.
01

Our accessibility target

Continental targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for the public website. Accessibility is an ongoing practice that includes design, development, content, testing, and responding to real user feedback.

Last updated: August 28, 2026.

02

Measures in place

  • Keyboard-accessible navigation, menus, dialogs, forms, sliders, and interactive controls.
  • Visible focus indicators and skip-to-content navigation.
  • Page landmarks, headings, labels, status announcements, and meaningful image alternatives.
  • Text reflow, responsive zoom support, reduced-motion support, and high-contrast focus treatment.
  • Accessible names for maps, external links, phone, text, and email actions.
  • Consent, preference, and unsubscribe controls for branded email communication.
03

Known boundaries

Third-party content, including embedded Google Maps and services opened from external links, is controlled by its provider and may not behave exactly like Continental's own pages. If an embedded experience creates a barrier, use the phone, text, or email options below and Continental will provide the same service information through another channel.

Automated testing helps identify many issues, but it cannot evaluate every disability, device, assistive technology, or user task. The website therefore also requires periodic keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, contrast, and real-user review.

04

Report an accessibility problem

Tell us the page address, the task you were trying to complete, what happened, and—if you are comfortable sharing it—the browser, device, or assistive technology involved.

Continental will review the barrier and provide a reasonable alternative way to request service or obtain the information while the issue is investigated.

Need another way to connect?

We can assist by phone, text, or email.

Accessibility feedback is welcome, and requesting an alternative channel will not affect service consideration.
