02
How information is used
- Respond to questions and evaluate service fit.
- Prepare, schedule, update, and document estimates or appointments.
- Deliver requested operational messages and customer support.
- Send education or marketing only when the required permission is recorded.
- Maintain suppression and unsubscribe records so preferences are respected.
- Protect the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, and improve performance.
- Meet legal, accounting, safety, or dispute-resolution responsibilities.
03
Email and text choices
Transactional messages may be used to respond to a request, estimate, appointment, or completed service. Commercial email requires the applicable consent and includes a way to unsubscribe or manage preferences. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary replies or operational messages about a service you requested.
Texting Continental uses your mobile carrier's service and may be subject to carrier rates. Do not send sensitive financial, medical, government-identifier, or account-password information by text or ordinary email.
04
Service providers and disclosures
Continental may use hosting, WordPress, email-delivery, security, analytics, mapping, scheduling, or customer-management providers to perform business functions. Those providers may process information according to their contracts and privacy terms. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect people or property, investigate abuse, complete a business transaction, or establish and defend legal claims.
Continental does not state that personal information is sold. If business practices change, this policy should be updated before the new use begins.
05
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, customer service, consent and suppression records, business operations, security, accounting, warranty, dispute, and legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no website, email, text message, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
06
Your requests
You may ask to correct contact details, update email preferences, unsubscribe from commercial email, or ask how information about your request is being used. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, transaction, or suppression purposes.
07
Children and policy updates
The website is intended for adults requesting property or business services and is not directed to children under 13. Material changes to this policy should be posted here with a revised update date.
